Baked Oatmeal Recipe

This recipe makes a single serving. You can double it but bake as 2 separate servings.      Baked Oatmeal Recipe

½ C  old-fashioned oats

¼ C  Greek yogurt

½ t  vanilla extract

pinch of salt

1 T  honey or maple syrup

1 t  cinnamon

¼ C milk

You can also add 1 – 2 T nut butter of your choice for additional flavor, chopped fresh or dried fruit or chocolate chips. Place all ingredients in a bowl and combine. Place in a small greased baking dish. At this point you can cover and refrigerate overnight. When ready to bake, preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Bake uncovered for 20 minutes. Add a sprinkle of cinnamon and a dollop of Greek yogurt to serve.
